Customers can be assured that our average Dead On Arrival (DOA) rate remains below 1.5%, based on historical data.

In the unlikely event of any mortality upon arrival, we will take full responsibility under the following conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment
• The report must include clear photographic evidence
